How does the countdown work?+

You set a start and finish time for each day of the week and the app works out how long is left, the percentage done and the next milestone. Everything stays on your iPhone.

Can every day have a different schedule?+

Yes. Each day gets its own start and finish time, and you can mark days off. The countdown and reminders adapt automatically.

What are phrase tones?+

They are the voice of your reminders: motivating, cheeky, absurd, toxic office or full-on Friday. Motivating and cheeky are included; Absurd, Toxic Office and Friday are optional one-time packs.

Is it a subscription?+

No. The app is free and tone packs are optional one-time in-app purchases. No renewals, nothing to cancel.

Do notifications go through a server?+

No. Reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. Schedule and reminders stay on device.

What are the requirements?+

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Widgets work on the Home Screen.
